Patent Open
Patent attorney can open his own law firm or work from home?

I am interested in a patent attorney. I have an older high school GPA of 3.9 and a number of AP classes, and I intend to participate in University of Washington this fall. I'm going to major in biotechnology because I am interested in both medicine and law institution. I just want to know if it is possible to patent attorney to start your own law firm. Also, if you work from home, they can make enough Sustainable money to live? Or is better off working in a law firm, trying to eventually become a partner? Ok, if I do not want to make intellectual property rights, but only to patent law?

You sound like you have a plan and it is a very good thing. Take a moment and look at the question. Asked "... if it is possible to ...?" Well, you already know the answer. It is possible, but the better question is, if you are the best way to organize your career? This question, I would like to think of it is not. There is a lot more right than you can learn to Law School. Other people have built, you can start to work. Just a law firm is. If you continue to do well in school and participates in Law School, who has a good reputation you should be able to find a small IP company, which allows you to setting up your practice the way you want and they give you the customer base. (Btw, IP is the field of law, which includes patents in practice) You might even find a retirement patent attorney willing to send you clients and displays the ropes, but I do not want to try, or trusts. Too many solo's not very good, can not teach you what you should know and do not earn enough nice.
